Upgrade your diesel truck’s performance and sound with the aFe Power 49-43090-B Large Bore-HD™ DPF-back exhaust system. Crafted from durable 5″ mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, this exhaust is engineered for maximum flow, reduced backpressure, and improved horsepower and torque over stock. Smooth transition bends and a precision MIG-welded construction help lower exhaust gas temperatures while enhancing overall engine efficiency. The kit features high-quality band clamps and OE-style bayonet hangers for a secure, hassle-free installation using all factory mounting points. A striking 6″ black stainless steel intercooling slash-cut tip with a laser-cut aFe Power badge provides an aggressive, finished look out the rear. Designed for select 2017–2025 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke diesel trucks, this performance exhaust delivers a deeper tone and optimized exhaust flow with a bolt-on installation

Flow and Performance:
This Large Bore-HD exhaust system is 100% hand MIG-welded and Constructed from 5″ mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. The smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT’s. A mitered merge collector is also incorporated to eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow. Some cutting is required.

Intercooling Tailpipe:
This system is designed with Intercooling tailpipes, to reduce exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe.

Perfect Fit:
This system uses all factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation. Includes OE-style bayonet hangers which are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time.

6″ Diameter Black Intercooled Tip:
Finishing off the exhaust is a 6″ diameter, black, stainless steel slash cut tip with intercooling vents designed to reduce exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe. A unique stainless steel laser-cut aFe Power logo plate is riveted on for an aggressive style.
