The precision metal impact-extruded aluminum body increases cooling capacity while providing excellent corrosion resistance. Inside, an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) mono-tube design separates the shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas chamber, eliminating oil aeration and ensuring consistent damping performance with factory-tuned precision valving. Locking spring preload rings allow easy ride height and preload adjustments while retaining a high-quality racing coil selected for optimal spring rate. The vehicle-specific upper mount features a composite bushing to help isolate noise and vibration for a smoother ride.
