The precision metal impact aluminum body increases cooling capacity and resists corrosion, while the internal floating piston (IFP) mono-tube design separates shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas chamber to eliminate aeration. Combined with FOX’s race-developed high-flow damping piston and application-specific valving, this shock provides consistent performance, improved stability, and reliable ride quality over rough terrain.
