Optimized Wire-Feeding – Contact tip is aligned and centered with the liner lock when the diffuser is tightened creating a flawless wire-feed path. Reduces burnbacks, bird-nesting and erratic arc.

Quick Replacement – Coarse thread speeds contact tip replacement.

Tapered Contact – Tapers lock the contact tip to the diffuser and the diffuser to the neck for excellent electrical conductivity.

Cooling Tail – Contact tip tail is cooled inside the diffuser by shielding gas.
