These workpieces can be used on the AugmentedArc with any type of welding simulation application. Specially coded workpieces provide a wide range of training applications.

Butt Joint Workpiece – 277274

• This workpiece used for the AugmentedArc simulates a butt joint where two workpieces butt together and a weld is made where the two pieces meet. 

T-Joint Workpiece – 277270

• This workpiece used for the AugmentedArc simulates a t-joint where two workpieces have surfaces lined up at 90 degrees to each other and are welded at the joint. 

Pipe-to-Plate Workpiece – 277276

• This workpiece used for the AugmentedArc simulates a pipe-to-plate joint where a pipe or tube is welded onto a base plate. 

Butt Pipe Workpiece – 277275

• This workpiece used for the AugmentedArc simulates a butt pipe joint where two pipes or tubes butt together and a weld is made where the two pieces meet. 

Lap Joint Workpiece – 277273

• This workpiece used for the AugmentedArc® simulates a lap joint where two workpieces are placed on an overlapping pattern on top of each other and welded together.

V-Groove Workpiece Kit – 288210

• Includes two additional workpieces that can be added to the AugmentedArc package, a v-groove with backing and a v-groove without backing workpiece. These workpieces are used with the NCCER welding levels 1-2 exercises, allowing for the completion of all exercises in the curriculum.
