Large Bore-HD 4″ 409 Stainless Steel DPF-Back Exhaust System

The aFe Power Large Bore-HD 4″ DPF-Back Exhaust System is designed to improve exhaust flow, performance, and sound on late-model Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine. Constructed from mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel, this system reduces exhaust restriction while maintaining the strength and durability required for heavy-duty use.

Smooth bends and high-quality MIG welds help increase horsepower and torque while aiding in lower exhaust gas temperatures. Dual 5″ polished stainless steel clamp-on tips with laser-cut aFe Power logos provide a clean, aggressive appearance that enhances the rear profile of the truck.

Designed for a precise fit, the system utilizes factory mounting locations with OE-style bayonet hangers and high-strength band clamps for a secure, leak-free installation. This bolt-on exhaust retains factory emissions equipment and requires no cutting or welding, making it an ideal upgrade for drivers looking to improve performance, sound, and overall appearance

Flow and Performance:
This Large Bore-HD exhaust system is 100% hand MIG-welded and Constructed from 4″ mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. The smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT’s. A mitered merge collector is also incorporated to eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow.

Perfect Fit:
This system uses all factory mounting locations providing stability. Includes OE-style bayonet hangers which are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time. Some cutting maybe required during install. 5″ Angle-Cut Rolled Edge Polished Intercooled Clamp-On Tips:
Finishing off the exhaust are dual side exit 5″ stainless steel intercooled clamp-on tips with a polished finish. A unique laser-cut aFe Power logo black powder-coated plate is riveted on for an aggressive style.
