aFe Power ATLAS™ 5″ Aluminized Steel DPF-Back Exhaust System
Upgrade your Ford Super Duty’s exhaust system with the aFe Power ATLAS™ 5″ Aluminized Steel DPF-Back Exhaust System, engineered for improved airflow, performance, and durability. Constructed from 5″ mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing, this exhaust system is designed to reduce exhaust restriction and help improve horsepower, torque, and exhaust gas temperatures.
The system utilizes OE-style bayonet hangers and high-quality band clamps for a precise fit and straightforward bolt-on installation using factory mounting locations. A 6″ black stainless-steel intercooled slash-cut exhaust tip with a laser-cut aFe Power logo adds an aggressive, finished look to the rear of the truck.
Designed for 2017–2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine, this DPF-back exhaust system enhances exhaust flow and tone while maintaining compatibility with factory emissions equipment
Flow and Performance:
This ATLAS exhaust system is 100% hand MIG-welded and Constructed from 5″ mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing for maximum flow. The smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT’s. A mitered merge collector is also incorporated to eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow. Some cutting is required.
Intercooling Tailpipe:
This system is designed with Intercooling tailpipes, to reduce exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe.
Perfect Fit:
This system uses all factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation. Includes OE-style bayonet hangers which are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time.
6″ Diameter Black Intercooled Tip:
Finishing off the exhaust is a 6″ diameter, black, stainless steel slash cut tip with intercooling vents designed to reduce exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe. A unique stainless steel laser-cut aFe Power logo plate is riveted on for an aggressive style.
