aFe Power Large Bore-HD 4″ DPF-Back Exhaust System
Upgrade your 2017–2025 Ford Super Duty 6.7L Power Stroke with the aFe Power Large Bore-HD 4″ DPF-Back Exhaust System. Constructed from rugged 409-grade stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing, this performance exhaust is engineered to improve exhaust flow while enhancing horsepower, torque, and exhaust tone.
Dual matte-black 5″ slash-cut exhaust tips with a laser-etched aFe Power logo deliver an aggressive rear-end appearance, while OE-style bayonet hangers and factory mounting locations ensure a secure, straightforward installation. Designed for diesel truck owners who want improved performance, durability, and sound without compromising daily drivability
Flow and Performance:
This Large Bore-HD exhaust system is 100% hand MIG-welded and Constructed from 4″ mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. The smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT’s. A mitered merge collector is also incorporated to eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow.
Perfect Fit:
This system uses all factory mounting locations providing stability. Includes OE-style bayonet hangers which are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time. Some cutting maybe required during install. 5″ Angle-Cut Rolled Edge Matte-Black Intercooled Clamp-On Tips:
Finishing off the exhaust are dual side exit 5″ stainless steel intercooled clamp-on tips with a matte-black finish. A unique laser-cut aFe Power logo plate is riveted on for an aggressive style.
