Built to deliver FOX’s industry-leading, race-proven performance in an affordable bolt-on package, this aluminum-bodied smooth body shock is designed to handle demanding road and trail conditions while maintaining excellent ride comfort. The metal impact-extruded, clear-anodized aluminum shock body dissipates heat faster than conventional steel shocks, helping maintain consistent damping during extended use.
An external reservoir increases oil and nitrogen capacity while adding a distinctive race-inspired appearance. The reservoir and mounting components are CNC-machined from durable 6061-T6 aluminum and secured with a black anodized clamp. Inside, a race-developed high-flow damping piston paired with application-specific valving delivers predictable handling, improved control, and reliable performance whether you’re towing, daily driving, or tackling rough terrain.
