- Genuine Victor® J-40 Torch Handle weighs less than 6 ounces and features solid brass construction. The J-40 is a light duty torch handle that accepts Victor “J” series welding and brazing nozzles and has a direct connection to the Victor CA-1260 cutting attachment for oxy/fuel cutting operations. It is ideal for HVAC, hobby and jewelry work in tight spaces.
